Liz is a certified instructional designer and master trainer, virtual training instructional designer, and training director. She has over 30 years of healthcare experience, with 24 years in education and training (in-person, hybrid, and virtual training), and is recognized subject matter expert (virtual training/design, workforce development) and international speaker.
Liz TRANSFORMS PEOPLE to be GREAT virtual classroom trainers to develop and deliver training that equips clients, people, teams and the company for next level success! This is done with ONE, training course focusing on what the student needs to do with the training information 'after the course' - notably - 'back on the job'.
In Liz's first career, as a Registered Nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, Liz loved and relished in helping her patients get better and their families to get ready for the patient to go home, with patient and family education.
